esf Praz-de-Lys offers competition lessons, where you can train under professional conditions with the guidance of an expert instructor.

Your Goals:
  • Refine your technique.
  • Explore the world of alpine competition.
To join these courses, you’ll need at least the Étoile d'Or or Class 3 level.

You can register with the esf for the Flèche slalom on Wednesdays, the Chamois slalom on Thursdays, and the ski jump on Fridays (registration not included in the course price).

What equipment should I choose to take part in the competition course?
Choose giant slalom-style piste skis suited to your level.
Consult with the sports shop when hiring your equipment.

Don’t forget to wear back protection and a helmet.
Is the ski pass included in the price of the lessons?
No, the ski pass is not included in the lesson price and is required for access to the resort’s ski lifts. For more information, please visit the "Get a ski pass" page.
