We answer all your FAQs

Is the ski pass included in the price of the lessons?
No, the ski pass is not included in the lesson price and is required for access to the resort’s ski lifts.

For Ourson lessons, a ski pass isn’t needed on the first day, as it takes place in the secure Club Piou-Piou area. The instructor will let parents know the day before if a ski pass will be needed when the group heads out onto the slopes.

For more information, please see the "Get a ski pass" page.
What equipment does my child need?
  • Boots: ensure they’re sized to fit with just one pair of socks.
  • Skis: tips should reach chin level — trust the professionals for adjustments.
  • No poles needed for beginners.
  • Helmets are essential.
How should I dress my child?
To ensure your child gets the most out of the day, it’s important to equip them properly:
  • Select a jacket, dungarees, or overalls that are warm, comfortable, and waterproof.
  • Mittens are better than gloves, as they provide superior insulation to keep little hands warm.
  • Opt for a ski mask or sunglasses with a safety cord to prevent them from getting lost.
  • UV protection should be at least factor 3.
Do you recommend private lessons for beginners?
In many cases, private lessons are recommended to help beginner children overcome their natural fear of skiing. You can book private lessons here.
