Has your child already mastered skiing and is eager for new adventures? Then the Team Rider course is just right for them! This programme is perfect for exploring the snowpark, discovering freeriding, and learning essential safety skills.

Team Rider course
This course, open to children and teenagers with at least the Étoile de Bronze level, combines skill-building, fun, and new thrills for an unforgettable experience on the slopes.

With guidance and support from an esf Praz-de-Lys instructor, your children will explore an exciting new side of skiing, all within a safe environment.

Is the ski pass included in the price of the lessons?
No, the ski pass is not included in the lesson price and is required for access to the resort’s ski lifts. For more information, please visit the "Get a ski pass" page.
What equipment is required?
  • Boots: make sure they’re sized to fit with just one pair of socks.
  • Skis: tips should come up to chin level — trust the professionals for adjustments.
  • Poles are used from 1ère Étoile level onwards.
  • Helmets are strongly recommended.
